A holiday is more than just an opportunity to relax and unwind. It’s also a call to adventure. A holiday can introduce you to new people and new cultures. It can deluge you with new sights, sounds, smells and tastes. It can wow you with stunning scenery and jaw-dropping architecture. And it can humble you by showing you the infinite majesty of nature’s grand designs. One of the best things about going on holiday is seeing new kinds of trees and plants and meeting new species of bird and animal life.
And for animal lovers, there’s no holiday destination quite like Australia. Australia’s unique and wonderful ecosystem combined with relatively little human interference over the centuries makes it a mecca for animal lovers all over the world. If you’re crazy about critters be sure to visit these awesome destinations…
Brisbane
Brisbane is a quintessential Australian city with a thriving arts scene and awesome cruises running out of Moreton bay. However, it’s also home to the stunning Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Here you can see the quintessential cuddly Aussie marsupial in its natural habitat, not in a cage or behind bars. You can roam the exquisite grounds and watch them at play in the treetops and for a small fee you can even handle and pet them.
Fraser Island
Fraser Island is a must-visit for those who want to see the natural side of Australia. You can explore all the island has to offer at budget friendly prices by checking out Fraser Free tours. Fraser Island is the largest sand island on the planet and a UNESCO World Heritage site. As well as being a utopia for bird watchers, Fraser Island has a stunning population of land and sea mammals. Take a tour and you’ll find possums, echidnas and flying foxes as well as Eastern Australia’s purest dingo population.
Rottnest Island near Perth
Perth has everything you could want from an Australian City. It has a picturesque skyline to match Sydney’s and is easily as cool in its food scene and cafe culture as Melbourne. However, when you take a short boat trip to the nature reserve of Rottnest Island you’ll make an unforgettable new friend… The friendly and absurdly adorable quokka. These cuddly marsupials are actually one of the smallest forms of wallaby and once you’ve encountered them they’re sure to break your heart.
Phillip Island
Who doesn’t love Penguins? Nobody, that’s who! And when you visit Phillip Island you can see these charming flightless birds in their natural habitat. Every day, as the sun sets, you’ll get to see legions of penguins waddle their way along Summerland Beach making their daily commute home to their burrows. Aww!
Daintree Rainforest
Finally, the Daintree Rainforest is one of the most naturally spectacular locations in the country, situated along the northeast coast of Queensland. Here you can find all manner of native birds, mammals, insects and reptiles. You’ll find the duck billed platypus, echidna, bandicoot, bats, possums and the infamous six foot bird the cassowary. Despite its fearsome reputation, startling appearance and razor sharp claws, cassowaries are very wary of humans and will tend to keep their distance.

Downloading the APK was a breeze and it installed perfectly on my older phone without any glitches. I really appreciate how the developers keep rolling out fresh updates with new game titles every other week. It feels like they listen to player feedback and adjust accordingly.
